Little naga

the little naga was unsure of the gardener, he would watch her come out every day and work on the broken and decaying remains of a pond. He would always hide out of sight while she worked. He was previously chasing down a squirrel when he heard the loud crashes of the human's footsteps. He was thankful to be on the opposite side of the pond when he felt the rock he usually hid under being lifted up, panicked, he froze in place. He closed his eyes when he felt something brush his coils, when he felt it grab his coils he tried to squirm away. He was set down as quickly as he was picked up onto a warm, flat rock. He looked up curiously at the girl to her smiling, she continued to work on the pond humming. He somehow relaxed and coiled up for a nap, enjoying a day where he didn't have to hide
